Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to support our online marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in digital marketing.
The candidate will assist in managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, content creation, lead generation activities, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update company social media platforms
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates
- Generate and track leads from digital marketing channels
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing initiatives
- Support brand awareness and customer engagement activities
- Assist in SEO, SEM, and online advertising activities
- Maintain marketing databases and campaign records
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Content Creation, or related fields
- Freshers with relevant certifications or internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Creative mindset with strong organizational skills
