Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong market understanding, excellent networking capabilities, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities
- Explore new business avenues through market research, networking, and industry events
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Foster long-term partnerships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Design and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making

Pay: ₹11,515.86 - ₹40,970.79 per month
