*Role Overview*
We’re looking for a *Frontend-first Full Stack Engineer with DevOps ownership* — someone who doesn’t just write code, but builds systems that scale.
This role sits at the intersection of:
Frontend Engineering
Backend Integration
DevOps & Deployment
AI-assisted development
*What You’ll Own*
*Frontend* *(Primary Focus)*
Build high-performance UI using Next.js.
Create scalable, reusable component systems.
Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, fast-loading interfaces.
Implement clean architecture & coding standards.
*Full Stack Integration*
Integrate frontend with backend APIs (Node.js)
Handle authentication, workflows, and real-time features
Work with MongoDB and data flows
*DevOps & Infrastructure*
Manage deployments (Vercel / AWS / similar)
Set up CI/CD pipelines
Handle performance monitoring & uptime
Optimize builds, load speed, and scaling
*AI Exposure (Important)*
Use AI tools (like Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve development speed
Understand how AI can enhance product features
Work on AI-assisted workflows (bonus: basic AI integration experience)
*What We’re Looking For*
*Must Have:*
2–5 years experience (preferably product/startup)
Strong expertise in:
Next.js / React (Frontend)
Node.js (Backend understanding)
MongoDB / APIs
Hands-on experience with deployment & DevOps basics
Strong understanding of clean code & standardisation
Ability to own features end-to-end independently
*Good to Have:*
Experience with AWS / Docker / CI-CD pipelines
Exposure to AI tools in development workflow
Experience building scalable SaaS products
Startup mindset (speed + ownership)
