Designation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Finance & Investment Operations
Qualification: CA

Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to support the financial management, compliance, and investment operations of our real estate funds. This role provides hands-on exposure to real estate investments, structured finance transactions, regulatory compliance, and financial modeling.
The candidate will work closely with senior management and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Reconciliations
· Monitor day-to-day accounting of various Special Purpose Vehicles of CAT II AIF.
· Track and clear suspense entries in coordination with accountants.
· Ensure timely completion of monthly bank reconciliations.
· Assist in financial statement preparation and audit.
2. Tax & Statutory Compliance
· Support end-to-end compliance for:
o GST filings and payments
o Income Tax compliance
o TDS deductions, payments & returns
o SFT and other statutory, secretarial filings
· Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
· Maintain compliance tracker for all regulatory deadlines.
3. Regulatory & Secretarial Coordination
· Coordinate for ROC filings and other secretarial compliances with external consultants.
· Ensure timely submissions with government authorities.
4. MIS & Reporting
· Prepare monthly MIS for SPVs and consolidated reporting.
· Prepare tracker for variances in forecasts, deadline misses etc
5. Treasury & Cash Flow Monitoring
· Track cash flows at SPV level to match daily requirements.
· Ensure timely payments to lenders.
· Assist in budgeting and periodic cash flow forecasting.
6. Investment & Financial Modeling
· Preparation of financial models for:
o Real estate acquisitions
o Debt/equity investments
o Funding structures
· Evaluation of investment proposals and transaction analysis.
7. Valuation & Portfolio Monitoring
· Ensure periodic valuation of real estate assets and securities from valuers.
· Update internal portfolio trackers.
Eligibility Criteria
· Chartered Accountant with relevant experience.
· 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, investment operations, or real estate finance.
· Experience with SPVs, NBFCs, AIFs, real estate firms, or consulting firms preferred.
