Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in promoting and managing Fire Chute (Fire Escape Chute) systems. The role involves coordination with clients, preparing quotations, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries related to Fire Chute systems (calls, emails, portals).
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and BOQs with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
- Maintain and update client database, leads, and sales records.
- Assist in tender documentation and submission (if applicable).
- Coordinate with the technical/installation team for project execution timelines.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and feedback.
- Support in vendor coordination and material tracking (if required).
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting
- Basic understanding of fire safety systems (preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (Commerce/Management preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / backend sales
- Experience in fire fighting systems / construction / safety equipment is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
