Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar solutions in Jalore. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, generating leads, and closing sales for residential and commercial solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations (homes, shops, industries) for solar sales
- Generate leads through field activities, references, and local networking
- Explain solar products, benefits, ROI, and government subsidies
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical team
- Prepare and share quotations with customers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports
- Build strong relationships with customers and local influencers
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory
- Basic knowledge of solar industry (preferred, not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel in and around Jalore
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 (depending on experience)
