Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance operations
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Ensure proper functioning of machinery, utilities, and building systems
- Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers
- Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and installations
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Prepare maintenance budgets and control operational costs
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues promptly
- Support facility improvement and energy-saving initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Proven experience in maintenance management or facility operations
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment and building systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems/software

Experience
- 5–10 years of maintenance or engineering experience
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
