JOB SUMMARY:
The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for creating a positive experience for patients and visitors by managing front-desk operations, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and hospital staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
· Handle front office and reception activities
· Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling
· Guide patients to departments and services
· Handle phone calls and inquiries
· Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and admin staff
· Maintain visitor records and basic reports
· Resolve patient/guest concerns and escalate when needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Pleasant personality and patient-friendly approach
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / hospital systems)
· Ability to handle multiple tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
· Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
