Job Posting: US Process Ticketing Consultant (Night Shift)
Shiloh Travel & Tours Pvt Ltd is looking for a US Process Ticketing Consultant to join our team. We're hiring for a night shift position with the option to work from Remotely (WFH).
We need a proactive and detail-oriented individual to handle travel ticketing for our US clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage ticketing queries, bookings, and cancellations using Amadeus and RIYA/TBO Portal. This role requires strong customer service skills and excellent communication to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to travel bookings.
- Create, modify, and cancel airline tickets and other travel arrangements.
- Utilize Amadeus GDS and the RIYA/TBO Portal for all ticketing and reservation tasks.
- Resolve ticketing issues, schedule changes, and passenger queries promptly.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and airline regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a travel or tourism-related role, with hands-on experience in ticketing.
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is a must.
- Familiarity with the RIYA/TBO Portal is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
