Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the vehicle sales team to hit monthly dealership targets.
- Train staff on product walkarounds, vehicle features, and sales closing techniques.
- Create sales strategies for digital leads, cold calling, and local area marketing.
- Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure the team follows up on every inquiry.
- Approve price deals and trade-in values during tough customer negotiations.
- Oversee finance and insurance options to maximize dealership profit per vehicle.
- Track team performance and update reports in the Dealership Management System.
- Plan outdoor events, corporate displays, and promotions to boost showroom traffic.
- Resolve customer complaints to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
- Manage vehicle inventory levels based on market demand and sales trends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
