## Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated *Senior Interior Designer & Sales* professional with 4–5 years of experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects while managing the design process from concept to execution.
## Key Responsibilities
### Interior Design
* Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
* Create innovative and functional interior design concepts.
* Prepare detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
* Develop mood boards, material selections, furniture layouts, and space planning.
* Coordinate with project managers, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
* Conduct site visits for measurements, design discussions, and project reviews.
* Ensure projects are completed according to design standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
### Sales & Business Development
* Handle walk-in clients, online leads, and customer inquiries.
* Conduct client presentations and explain design concepts confidently.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and project cost estimates.
* Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
* Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
* Coordinate with the operations and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
* Strong client relationship management abilities.
* Expertise in space planning, material selection, and design detailing.

## Technical Skills
* AutoCAD
* SketchUp
* V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (preferred)
* 3ds Max (preferred)
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
## Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
* Minimum *4–5 years* of relevant experience in *Interior Design and Sales*.
* Prior experience in an interior design or turnkey execution company is mandatory.
