We are expanding aggressively across South India and looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive software and SaaS sales across South India
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve revenue targets
- Track sales performance, ROI, and business growth metrics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support and mentor junior sales team members
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Software, SaaS, ERP, or Enterprise Sales
- Proven track record in revenue generation and business development
- Experience handling enterprise clients and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of South India markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience in ERP, HRMS, Accounting Software, Sales Automation, or SaaS Products
- Team handling and leadership experience
- Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams
