Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate inquiry-based and play-driven learning experiences
- Foster social, emotional, linguistic, and cognitive development
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe and document learner progress effectively
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support holistic development
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree with Montessori / CICTL certification preferred
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Early Years education preferred
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity, patience, and strong classroom engagement strategies
Understanding of child-centered and experiential learning approaches
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,582.65 per month
