- Prospecting and lead generation: Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and online research to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
- Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Sales strategy: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Sales performance: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation and closed deals.
- Reporting and administration: Track and report on sales metrics, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in a CRM system.
- Market analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activities, and market feedback to identify new opportunities.
· Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
· handle customer queries, resolve complaints quickly, provide clear product or service information, keep records updated, and collect feedback to help the company improve.
· Fluent in English & Tamil (speak and write); ability to speak Hindi and Telugu, is required.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong skills in internet research, including keyword-based data searching.
· Must have working knowledge of:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or multimedia-related role is preferred.
