Position: Senior HR Executive
Role Objective
To manage and optimize human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and campus drives
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain hiring dashboards
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Draft and issue appointment/joining letters
- Conduct orientation and induction sessions
- Ensure timely collection of KYC and compliance documents
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain HRIS and employee records
- Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
- Support internal mobility and promotions
4. Performance & Culture
- Assist in setting KPIs and performance review cycles
- Organize engagement activities and feedback sessions
- Promote startup values and inclusive culture
5. Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to labor laws
- Draft and update HR policies and handbooks
- Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 5–7 years of HR experience (startup or tech preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and startup compliance

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
