Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands‑on exposure to GenAI / AI features such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Automation Engine
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Experience developing AI‑powered use cases for ITSM, HRSD, SPM, or CSM, including conversational AI, case summarization, and intelligent recommendations
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
