About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate quality leads and improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Create campaign strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, and ROAS
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copies
- Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements for better results
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory
- Good understanding of campaign optimization and analytics
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Pixel setup
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of conversion tracking and remarketing
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets reporting
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Modipuram, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Modipuram, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
