Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and coordination.
- Maintain office files, records, documents, and registers in physical and digital formats.
- Prepare letters, reports, quotations, forms, and other office documents.
- Organize and maintain proper filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Communication & Coordination
- Answer phone calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
- Follow up with staff, vendors, clients, and departments regarding pending tasks.
- Maintain visitor records and assist guests or clients visiting the office.
- Communicate management instructions to staff when required.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain attendance records, leave records, and employee files.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or software.
- Ensure confidential documents and information are securely maintained.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.
Office Operations Support
- Assist in coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
- Support HR, accounts, legal, marketing, or operations departments with administrative tasks when required.
- Track pending tasks, approvals, and submissions.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the office environment.
Vendor & External Coordination
- Coordinate with courier services, banks, government offices, and vendors when required.
- Maintain records of office service providers and renewal schedules.
- Assist in collecting quotations and coordinating purchases.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Time management and follow-up skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field preferred.
- Freshers or experienced candidates may apply depending on company requirements.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in administration, office coordination, secretarial work, or related roles preferred.
Working Conditions
- Office-based role.
- May require occasional travel for office-related work such as bank visits, documentation, or vendor coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
