Roles and Responsibilities :
*Responsible for identifying talent that meets specific company requirements
* Non-IT HR Candidates preferred
*Calling candidates and discuss job openings with the team
*Primary objective will be Hiring senior employees in the organisation.
* Develop compensation and benefits plans
*Involved in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases and professional networking.
* Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations
*Post jobs on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
*Develop creative ways to attract the right people for the available opportunities
*Good communication skills (Fluency in English )
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
