What we are looking for:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Hands-on experience supporting APAC countries and working with cross-cultural stakeholders.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small HR team.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and APAC HR practices.
- Exposure to APAC employment laws, visa/immigration processes, and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification preferred.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our APAC business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience partnering with business leaders, driving people initiatives, managing employee relations, and enabling
organizational growth across the APAC region. The role also requires experience in leading a small HR team and driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives across APAC.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee lifecycle management, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Drive employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Finance, and IT teams to deliver seamless HR solutions.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end onboarding, including pre-boarding, Day 1 coordination, documentation collection, induction, and system access setup to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
- Manage end-to-end offboarding, including resignation processing, exit documentation, access removal coordination, and timely closure of employee exits.
- Drive exit management, including exit interview coordination, data analysis, and actionable insights to improve employee retention.
- Ensure data accuracy across key HR transactions, including joiners, leavers, transfers, promotions, and salary revisions.
- Prepare monthly headcount reports, HR dashboards, and people analytics for business leaders and management.
- Manage HR Connect and Exit Connect, ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and appropriate escalation of complex issues.
- Administer leave and absence management, including annual, sick, parental, long service leave (LSL), and other applicable leave categories in line with local policies.
- Provide monthly payroll inputs and validations, including new joiners, exits, salary revisions, allowances, deductions, and resolve payroll discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate insurance enrolments, renewals, and employee insurance claims while liaising with external insurance providers.
- Support Employment Pass (EP) renewals and APAC visa/immigration processes, including documentation, tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and HR best practices across APAC, supporting internal and external audits as required.
Leadership
Lead, coach, and mentor Team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
- Monitor team deliverables and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality HR service delivery.
