We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Math and Science Teacher to educate students with a strong foundation in both subjects. The ideal candidate is passionate about STEM education, capable of making complex concepts accessible, and committed to fostering curiosity and critical thinking in every student.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics and Science lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with fellow educators to design interdisciplinary learning experiences
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress to parents and administration
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field (B.Sc. / B.Tech preferred)
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) — Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Mathematics and/or Science
- Experience at the middle or high school level is a strong advantage
Required skills
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and Science
- Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching methodologies for diverse learners
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology
