Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s market presence. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct business meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers and partners.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue goals.
- Generate franchise, corporate, and B2B business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead conversion strategies.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and agreements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client databases.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.

Qualification:

Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Franchise Development, or Client Acquisition.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in B2B sales and franchise development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of business growth strategies and customer acquisition.
