- Supervise day-to-day packaging operations and manpower.
- Ensure production and packing targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor packaging machines, materials, and production lines.
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Allocate work and shifts to packaging operators/helpers.
- Check packaging materials, labels, batch details, and quantities.
- Minimize material wastage, rejection, and downtime.
- Maintain production, quality, and inventory-related records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Train and guide operators on SOPs and safe working practices.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable safety/quality requirements.
- Report breakdowns, quality issues, shortages, and production delays to management
