About the Role
We are looking for a confident, creative, and energetic UGC Creator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable in front of the camera, and have a strong understanding of both short-form and long-form content.
You will be responsible for creating engaging, authentic, and trend-driven content for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Be comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and storylines based on campaign requirements.
Research and understand current social media trends and content formats.
Shoot high-quality videos using a smartphone/camera.
Perform basic video editing for social media content.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm new content ideas.
Take feedback positively and make necessary changes to content.
Ensure content is aligned with the brand’s voice, messaging, and guidelines.
Consistently deliver high-quality content within deadlines.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
Strong understanding of social media content and trends.
Experience or interest in creating both short-form and long-form content.
Basic video editing skills are required.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
Good presentation and on-camera skills.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into engaging content.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Willingness to work full-time from the office.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in UGC, content creation, influencing, social media, or video production.
Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
Knowledge of social media hooks, CTAs, and performance-driven content.
