Job Summary
The Production Executive is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities in the chemical manufacturing plant. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while maintaining quality standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control daily production operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Supervise plant operators and production staff during shifts.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Maintenance, and Warehouse departments for smooth plant operations.
- Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to maintain product quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize process losses.
- Investigate production issues, deviations, and equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements.
- Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Assist in production planning and inventory management activities.
- Conduct training and performance monitoring of production operators.
Required Qualifications
- B.E or B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant (experience requirement can be adjusted as needed).
- Knowledge of chemical production processes, safety regulations, and quality systems.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, EHS, and process control practices is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
