- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project schedule, budget, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure project execution as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Review BOQ, measurements, RA bills, variations, and project costs.
- Manage subcontractors and resolve site-related issues.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports and MIS.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, finance, and site teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, project handover, and completion.
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 8+ years of experience in construction/industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, billing, BOQ, and subcontractor management.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera and MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
