We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end Human Resources function across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, payroll coordination, compliance, and offboarding. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and candidate databases.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Coordinate induction schedules and training sessions.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Support conflict resolution and employee grievance handling.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
- Track performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage HRIS and employee data updates.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
- Ensure implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Assist with employee benefits administration and insurance programs.
- Resolve payroll-related employee queries in collaboration with finance.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee files and records in accordance with company policies.
- Support audits and compliance reviews.
- Update and communicate HR policies as needed.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Track employee training participation and effectiveness.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Offboarding & Exit Management
- Manage employee separation processes and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
- Ensure clearance procedures and documentation are completed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
