Learningshala is a fast-growing EdTech platform helping students and working professionals explore and enroll in online and distance learning programs (UG/PG courses) from top universities in India and abroad. With a strong focus on career guidance and admissions support, we aim to bridge the gap between education and industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee lifecycle management – onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases accurately.
- Draft HR communications such as offer letters, warning letters, and policy updates.
- Ensure smooth execution of joining and induction processes.
- Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
- Support in performance tracking and employee engagement activities.
- Manage full and final settlement (FnF) processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Experience in EdTech / Sales hiring is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
