Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Visit clients and prospects to present, promote, and sell products/services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery and client support.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in field or direct selling roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
