Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, consultants, and other project teams.
- Check measurements and quantities of civil works and assist in preparing BOQ and quantity estimates.
- Ensure proper quality of concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurement sheets, and work-related documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the given schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
- Assist in billing, quantity verification, material reconciliation, and contractor bill checking.
- Coordinate with the project manager for planning and execution of works.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Civil Construction and Site Execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and reading construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site manpower.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel/stay at project sites as required.
Qualification B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in building construction, sports infrastructure, sports flooring, stadiums, indoor halls, outdoor courts, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
