We are looking for energetic Business development manager who are passionate about sales and business development.
Day-to-Day responsibilities include:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Build key relationships with top-tier industry leaders (B2B) & machinery manufacturers ensuring consistently of orders and client satisfaction.
- Plan strategies with the operations team to upscale service parameters, resulting in improvement in overall service efficiency.
- Acquire product knowledge and market intelligence to stay updated with the latest variations in product offerings across the Adhesive industry.
- Work closely with the creative Team to conceptualize and devise Initiatives for sales support, resulting in client acquisition and improved relations with existing customers.
- Execute cold-calling and data-mining activities to maintain a fully-loaded prospect funnel with workable leads.
- Develop channels to expand professional network by maintaining relations with adhesive-allied industries to generate prospective leads.
- Progression of leads from identification to closure along with an emphasis on improving lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Create impactful Power-Point presentations and also conduct online as well as physical meetings to get sample orders.
- Nurture lukewarm prospects by engaging them with social media posts and creative Flyers as a towards contribution strengthening the Business relationships.
- Set short-term goals & implement strategies to achieve Your KPIs and KRAs to generate Incentives.
- Improve operational efficiency through tracking mechanisms that helps us to tie-up with cost-effective logistic partners.
- Optimize systems, processes, and personnel for prompt and professional resolution of customer complaints & discard any delays in response time for their requirements.
- Mailing reports regarding daily progress on nurturing cold leads, workable leads, conversion rate, revenue funnel, weekly/monthly/ quarterly targets, KPIs & KRAs.
- Conceptualize, implement & drive various sales promotion & market development efforts like Exhibitions & Trade Shows, Print ads, posting creatives on Social Media platforms.
- Motivating trade partners through periodic incentive schemes, perks and rewards. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential clients by travelling across Geographies and initiating contact through various methods.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Presenting products/services to clients, addressing their needs, and negotiating contracts.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Market Intelligence : Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding the company's products/services in detail.
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing data to improve sales effectiveness.
- Customer Feedback: Gathering feedback from clients to improve products/services.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements in execution of sales processes.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing client issues and finding solutions.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other sales team members to achieve common goals.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
