About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack GoLang Developer with 4+ years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of our platform's development and enhancement. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling frontend and backend development, database design, API integrations, deployment, and ongoing maintenance while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of feature development from requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using GoLang.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Design and maintain database schemas and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and third-party services.
Required SkillsBackend
- Strong experience with GoLang.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels.
- Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
- Experience with Redis and caching strategies.
- Understanding of scalable application architecture.
Frontend
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization.
Database
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Experience with database design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage.
DevOps & Cloud
- Git and version control best practices.
- Docker and containerized deployments.
- CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
Experience
- 4+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on GoLang development experience.
- Proven experience owning applications end-to-end.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
