Role: Onboarding Specialist - BGV
UK Shift – 2:00pm to 11:00pm IST (Monday – Friday)
Location: Phase 1, Electronic city, B'lore.
Description: 3-4 years' experience in Background Verification / Pre-Employment Screening. Experience managing multiple cases against defined SLAs and turnaround times.
Experience handling confidential employee/candidate information and maintaining accurate records.
Experience using HRMS, ATS, BGV, onboarding or screening platforms.
Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated/controlled industry.
Experience supporting UK-based/ International recruitment or HR operations.
Experience working in an offshore/shared services model supporting an international team. Knowledge of NHS Employment Check Standards.
Manage assigned UK candidate cases through the pre-employment screening process from initiation through completion.
Review candidate information and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
Act as an operational interface between the India BGV team and UK Talent Acquisition/HR stakeholders.
Coordinate regularly with UK colleagues for: -
Missing or unclear candidate information
Document transfers Candidate-specific requirements
Exceptions and complex cases
Verification outcomes Escalations and approvals
.Follow defined escalation protocols and ensure unresolved issues are progressed within agreed timelines.
Participate in UK–India process reviews, calibration sessions and knowledge-transfer activities.
