The Hospital Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, increasing patient footfall, building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and ensuring brand visibility in the local area. The role focuses on both field marketing and strategic planning to grow hospital business.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development
- Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers for patient referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
2. Field Marketing
- Conduct regular field visits in assigned areas
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and packages
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities
3. Corporate Tie-ups
- Develop tie-ups with companies, schools, and institutions
- Handle corporate health check-up programs
- Maintain long-term corporate relationships
4. Branding & Promotion
- Assist in marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for social media promotion
- Ensure proper display of hospital branding materials
5. Patient Relationship Management
- Address patient queries and feedback
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and service awareness
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports
- Track leads, conversions, and performance
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities
