The IVF Cluster Head is responsible for the operational, financial, administrative, patient experience, and business performance of multiple IVF centres within the assigned cluster. The role ensures achievement of revenue targets, clinical support coordination, staff productivity, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and implementation of organizational policies across all centres.
The Cluster Head acts as the bridge between Corporate Management and Centre Operations to ensure standardized practices and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned IVF centres.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, IVF, OT, Pharmacy, Lab, Billing, MRD, and Support Services.
- Monitor patient flow and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure uniform implementation of SOPs across centres.
- Conduct weekly operational reviews with Centre Heads.
2. Revenue & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly revenue targets for all centres.
- Monitor IVF conversion ratios.
- Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion.
- Increase new patient footfall.
- Develop local business growth strategies.
- Identify new referral opportunities.
- Improve package sales and add-on services.
3. Centre Performance Monitoring
Track daily:
- OP Count
- Review Count
- IVF Counselling
- IVF Starts
- Revenue
- Pharmacy Sales
- Lab Revenue
- Outstanding Collections
- Conversion Rates
- Cancellation Rate
Generate daily, weekly and monthly dashboards.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
