About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive – Team Leader to lead and support our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, team coordination, campaign management, and lead generation. This role requires strong leadership skills along with the ability to execute and optimize digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing executives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content strategies.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.
- Generate quality leads through SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign success.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Train and mentor junior team members to improve productivity and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
