Job Summary:
SS Hyundai is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead and manage all bodyshop operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality repairs, efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, and achieving bodyshop revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete bodyshop operations including denting, painting, and insurance jobs
- Ensure high-quality repair work and timely delivery of vehicles
- Handle customer concerns and maintain satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claims and approvals
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and revenue of the bodyshop
- Lead and supervise bodyshop staff including technicians and advisors
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company & manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automobile bodyshop operations
- Prior experience in a supervisory/managerial role preferred
- Strong knowledge of denting, painting, and insurance procedures
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Automobile dealership experience is mandatory
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (based on experience)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
