We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our growing influencer marketing startup. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, brand building, campaign strategy, and influencer ecosystem management. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating business opportunities, improving brand visibility, and driving growth. (Indeed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Build relationships with influencers, creators, brands, and industry partners.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, and growth channels.
- Create campaign proposals, marketing plans, and client presentations.
- Manage social media marketing activities and content strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and brand communication.
- Track marketing performance, campaign results, and ROI metrics.
- Generate leads through digital platforms, networking, and partnerships.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
- Support client acquisition and brand partnership initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator economy.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and brand strategy.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
- Startup mindset with ownership and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Influencer Marketing.
