Job Summary
The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, handling digital and offline marketing initiatives, and supporting the marketing team in daily operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support social media marketing activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and vendors.
- Assist in managing paid advertisements, email marketing, and online promotions.
Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Support the creation of brochures, banners, posters, videos, and promotional content.
- Assist in organizing brand activations and partnerships.
Content Coordination
- Work with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to develop engaging content.
- Help maintain content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Support content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Analyze customer trends and marketing performance data.
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Sales & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Assist in developing promotional offers and customer engagement initiatives.
- Support franchise or branch-level marketing activities if applicable.
Team Support & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in managing external vendors, agencies, printers, and event partners.
- Support the marketing manager in team coordination and project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned marketing activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing concepts.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and branding.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
