We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth functioning of our office operations.
Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities, maintaining office records, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring an efficient, professional, and well-organized work environment. The role requires strong communication, coordination, documentation, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure the office is maintained in an organized and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, couriers, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain administrative records, files, registers, reports, and important documents.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting schedules, circulate agendas, and support follow-up actions.
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, presentations, proposals, and other official documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and suppliers for office requirements.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, equipment, and inventory; raise purchase requests when required.
- Support HR-related administrative activities such as attendance tracking, employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and leave records.
- Assist with travel arrangements, event logistics, training programs, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information, employee records, donor details, and official communications.
- Coordinate with different departments and support the Centre Head or management team with administrative requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Required Qualifications and Skills
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, administration support, front office, or coordination roles (Preferably).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Good organizational, documentation, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
