We are looking for a curious and responsible Mathematics, Science, or Technology enthusiast who would like to work closely with students and observe how learning actually happens.
This role is suitable for someone who sees teaching as more than explaining a chapter or solving questions.
You will work as an observer, learner, academic support person, and assistant teacher.
What You Will Do
- Observe mathematics and science classes and understand how students think and learn.
- Identify where students struggle—not only what they cannot solve, but why they are struggling.
- Assist students during practice, revision, and problem-solving sessions.
- Help students articulate their thinking instead of immediately giving them answers.
- Support the preparation of worksheets, questions, notes, activities, and academic material.
- Assist the teacher during classroom discussions and learning sessions.
- Observe different learning behaviours, misconceptions, and problem-solving approaches.
- Help organise academic resources and maintain a structured learning environment.
- Participate in discussions about mathematics, science, technology, education, and learning.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
