Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Sales Executive/Manager to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide exceptional service, achieve sales targets, and ensure a premium shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain product features, quality, purity, certifications, pricing, and making charges.
- Assist customers with jewellery selection for weddings, festivals, gifts, and special occasions.
- Meet individual and showroom sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery, accessories, and value-added services.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records and build long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers regarding new collections, promotions, and special events.
- Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock counts.
- Adhere to company policies related to security, cash handling, and jewellery management.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate honesty while handling high-value merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate preferred.
- 1 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery experience preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good negotiation and selling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software proficiency.
- Ability to understand jewellery designs and customer preferences.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
