Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling on provided leads, interacting with prospective customers, and fixing appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to the leads provided by the company
- Explain the company’s products/services to prospective customers
- Generate customer interest and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment status
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth appointment management
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or 1–5 years of experience in Telemarketing / Telecalling / Appointment Fixing / Customer Calling
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle objections and build customer interest
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead handling, or appointment fixing will be a plus point.
