Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in construction coordination, procurement, administration, or store management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Construction Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day construction activities.
Monitor project progress and timelines.
Follow up with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
Verify work completion and support billing documentation.
2. Campus Administration
Coordinate infrastructure and maintenance activities across departments.
Assist in campus administrative work, inspections, and events.
Liaise with internal departments and external agencies.
3. Procurement & Bill Processing
Raise purchase requisitions and follow up on material procurement.
Coordinate bill verification, approvals, and payment processing.
Maintain records of purchase orders and contractor bills.
4. Store Management
Supervise the receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
Maintain inventory records and conduct periodic stock verification.
Monitor stock availability and material usage.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project files, contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
Prepare periodic progress reports and maintain activity trackers.
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
6. General Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Support the reporting authority in assigned administrative and operational tasks.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Required Skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of construction processes and documentation.
Familiarity with procurement and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
