Job Summary
The Student Coordinator is responsible for coordinating student-related activities, maintaining student records, supporting academic and administrative departments, and ensuring effective communication between students, faculty, and the institution. The role involves organizing events, monitoring student participation, resolving student concerns, and assisting with institutional activities to enhance the overall student experience.
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesStudent Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student-related queries and concerns.
- Guide students regarding institutional policies, academic procedures, and student services.
- Coordinate with faculty and departments to resolve student issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information.
Academic Coordination
- Coordinate class schedules, orientation programs, seminars, workshops, and academic events.
- Monitor student attendance and follow up on attendance-related concerns.
- Assist departments in coordinating examinations, projects, internships, and academic activities.
- Support the implementation of academic calendars and departmental activities.
Student Records
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Prepare reports related to student attendance, participation, disciplinary matters, and academic progress.
- Ensure student databases are updated regularly.
Event Management
- Plan and coordinate student events, cultural programs, sports activities, industrial visits, and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics, venue arrangements, registrations, and event communication.
- Work closely with different departments for successful event execution.
Communication
- Communicate important announcements, notices, schedules, and circulars to students.
- Coordinate with parents whenever required regarding student-related matters.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty members, and management.
Placement & Internship Support
- Coordinate with the Placement Cell for internship and placement activities.
- Assist in organizing placement drives, aptitude tests, interviews, and career guidance programs.
- Maintain internship and placement-related records.
Discipline & Compliance
- Promote discipline and adherence to institutional rules and regulations.
- Report disciplinary issues to the concerned authorities.
- Support anti-ragging, grievance redressal, and student welfare initiatives.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Update trackers and maintain documentation related to assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth execution of institutional activities.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications
- (Master's Degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in academic administration or student coordination (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,547.06 - ₹25,000.00 per month
