Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders and inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams for timely order execution.
- Track sales targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain documentation related to sales transactions and contracts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
