Overview:
The role is responsible for the development, specification, integration, and delivery of automotive Mechatronics systems, primarily focusing on Body Control Module (BCM), Passive Entry Passive Start (PEPS), RF/LF systems, and Gateways. The position involves requirements management, hardware and software design reviews, cross-functional team coordination, issue resolution, quality assurance, and product delivery throughout the vehicle development lifecycle up to Start of Production (SOP).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage system requirements and specifications for Mechatronics systems (BCM, PEPS, RF/LF, Gateway).

Prepare and review software and hardware design inputs and documentation for HMI and display systems.

Ensure design robustness through detailed gateway reviews and compliance checklists during RFI, RFQ, development, and delivery phases.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (CFTs) to support product development and vehicle project milestones.

Organize and drive issue-resolution meetings and ensure adherence to change management processes for non-conformity closures.

Prepare and approve design and process documentation, including:

DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

Maintain and publish BCM product roadmaps and variant matrices aligned with vehicle architecture.

Prepare technical documentation for project reviews, technical discussions, and decision-making meetings.

Provide weekly status updates and reports to management.

Conduct regular design reviews and escalate critical issues to management and relevant stakeholders.

Support cost, quality, performance, and schedule targets throughout product development.
Qualifications:
BE / ME in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
Essential skills:
