*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
* Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
* Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
* Handle employee grievances and support employee relations initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
* Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
* Administration
* Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
* Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facility management activities.
* Handle vendor coordination and procurement of office supplies.
* Maintain records of company assets and administrative documents.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistics arrangements for employees and management.
* Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and support various departments as required.
* Assist management in implementing company policies and procedures.
*Requirements:*
* MBA in Human Resource Management .
* 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
* Knowledge of recruitment processes, labor laws, and HR practices.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
