Position: Field Sales Engineer
We are looking for a technically inclined Field Sales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves promoting and selling industrial products and solutions to B2B
clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
Visit potential and existing industrial clients (factories, plants, OEMs).
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Present and Explain products to clients.
Generate leads, follow up, and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams.
Qualification
MBA in Sales & Marketing, B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, MBA Industrial, or related field.
Experience
1–2+ year (Freshers can apply).
Skills Required
Strong communication (Verbal & Written).
Basic technical understanding of industrial products/equipment.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
