- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and through strategic prospecting to expand the company's market share.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure their professional development and success.
- Set clear performance objectives for the team, monitor progress, and implement strategies to address any performance gaps.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new clients.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Prepare and present regular reports on individual and team performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements by both individual and team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to improve client engagement and retention.
